ABOUT US
Blak Ginja is a family business in Accra. We grow some of what we use, make our drinks and snacks in small batches, and serve them at events across the city. We started with the recipes we grew up on, and we make them the way they should be made.

We come to your event, set up, and serve. Weddings, outdoorings, office parties, funerals. You pick the drinks, we handle the rest.

Behind the drinks is a small farm outside Accra. We grow hibiscus, ginger, and some of our fruit there. What we cannot grow ourselves, we buy from farmers we know. That is why the drinks taste the way they do.
We are adding a small range of imported products soon.
